Electrophoretic deposition of Al-CuOx thermite materials on patterned electrodes for microenergetic applications

In this paper, the features and main nuances of electrophoretic deposition energetic nanoscale powder materials based on Al CuOx were investigated formulated. We have successfully demonstrated advantage using suspension non-stop ultrasonic mixing horizontal electrode placement during deposition. The possibility local an electrically conductive topological pattern was shown. influence mass deposited material behavior wave combustion process a locally formed investigated. This study provides guidance for multiobjective optimization increasing reproducibility materials. results indicate that Al-CuO x mixture can be integrated into microenergy systems as with excellent specific energy characteristics high rate.
